Characteristics :

The PTE project contains the slides corresponding to lowercase and uppercase characters as well as special characters.

The whole process may seem long and complex but once you understand the logic, it will be faster and easier next time.

Step 0:
Open the "TheDom-Handwriting" project.
Click on "File", then "Save as" and save it as a new project.

Step 1:
To simulate the writing of your title, you must put each slide (=character) in the correct order to constitute the desired title.

For example, to write "Love", copy the characters "L", "o", "v" and "e".
To select them, use the CTRL key+click on each required slide.
Place all the characters that compose your title between the "start" slide and the "end" slide
Put the characters in the right order

Step 2 : For each slide composing your title (except the first character of your title), in the "objects and animation window", in the objects list, select the "[TEXT ON LEFT]" object. In the "properties" tab, type the previous character(s) ("prev chars" by default)

In our "Love" example :

• for slide L, nothing to do
• for slide o, type "L"
• for slide v, type "Lo"
• for slide e, type "Lov"

Step 3 :
select "End" slide
In the "objects and animation window", in the objects list, in the "properties" tab, type your title for the THREE [YOUR TITLE] objects.

optional : if your title is long or short, you might want to increase/decrease its size.
To do so, select "[TITLE TO ADJUST]" object and select its fourth keypoint.
In "Animation" tab, increase/decrease its "zoom" parameter (by default, zoom = 15).
Do the same for the last (=fifth) keypoint of the same object.

Step 4 :
select first slide of your Title. In our example, the "L" slide.
In the "objects and animation window", in the objects list, select "handwriting-pen" object. In the "animation" tab, note the Pan X and Pan Y parameters of the first keypoint.

Select "start" slide. in the "objects and animation window", in the objects list, select "handwriting-pen" object. In the "animation" tab, select the LAST keypoint. Set the same Pan X and Pan Y parameters you noted.

Step 5 :
Delete all slides after the "end" slide (from "Space" slide to "Interrogation point" slide)
